Yuanfei Plans Up to US$5 Million in Annual Raw Material Purchases from JW

Yuanfei Group announced on 28 April 2026 that it and its subsidiaries planned to purchase raw materials from Bangladesh JW Animal Protein Co., Ltd. during the year. The annual purchasing ceiling was set at US$5 million, equivalent to approximately RMB34.18 million at the exchange rate used in the announcement.

Purchases recorded by the disclosure date totalled US$288,900. The corresponding category in the previous year was zero, showing that commercial purchases between the businesses had begun in this category.

Purchase contracts will be arranged according to the actual operating requirements of Yuanfei and its subsidiaries. Prices will be negotiated on a market basis, connecting procurement arrangements with the group’s production and business needs.

The commercial relationship also includes equipment procurement. Yuanfei disclosed that it had undertaken RMB990,600 in equipment purchases for JW in the previous year. Alongside JW’s development of gelatin manufacturing, these purchasing activities add a commercial dimension to cooperation between the two companies.
