JW Animal Protein Advances Gelatin and Collagen Production Through Product Trials

JW Animal Protein has produced gelatin and collagen in trial production, according to a July 26 update on its operations. The product trials mark progress in the company’s manufacturing programme and bring gelatin production into practical operation at the factory.

The trial-production work covers two related product categories. Gelatin is being developed as part of the company’s manufacturing business, while collagen adds a further product direction to its production activities. Work on both categories is advancing within the same factory project.

The company is also preparing for gelatin raw material production. This work extends the production programme to the material stage, alongside the trial manufacture of gelatin products. The two activities are being developed as connected parts of the company’s gelatin business.
