Yuanfei Plans Up to US$5 Million in Annual Raw Material Purchases from JW
Yuanfei Group announced on 28 April 2026 that it and its subsidiaries planned to purchase raw materials from Bangladesh JW Animal Protein Co., Ltd. during the year. The annual purchasing ceiling was set at US$5 million, equivalent to approximately RMB34.18 million at the exchange rate used in the announcement.
JW Animal Protein Develops Gelatin Manufacturing at a 66-Mu Production Site
Bangladesh JW Animal Protein Co Ltd is developing gelatin manufacturing at its production site in Nayarhat, Savar. The Chinese-invested company has a factory site covering 66 mu, equivalent to approximately 4.4 hectares. The investment gives the company a local base for its manufacturing and export activities.
Yuanfei Expands Its Overseas Gelatin Manufacturing Programme Through Bangladesh Investment
Yuanfei Group’s Bangladesh project includes gelatin production as part of its overseas manufacturing programme. The company signed an investment proposal with Pingyang Chengfeng Trading Co., Ltd. on 10 November 2023 for the joint acquisition of JW and development of the related production project.
