JW Plant Receives US$5 Million Raw-Material Order from Yuanfei Group

According to an announcement published on 28 April 2026 by Yuanfei Group (001222.SZ), a company listed on China’s A-share market, the company and its subsidiaries expect to purchase gelatin raw materials from their related party, Bangladesh JW Animal Protein Co., Ltd., in 2026, with a total transaction value of no more than US$5 million (about RMB 34.18 million).

The announcement states that Bangladesh JW Animal Protein Co., Ltd. was established on 9 August 2023 with registered capital of RMB 39.6 million, of which Yuanfei Group holds 49%. As of 31 December 2025, JW Bangladesh had total assets of RMB 18.42 million and net assets of RMB 18.22 million.

Yuanfei Group stated that the related-party transaction is based on normal production and operating needs, with prices negotiated on fair market terms.
